Exhibitor Application

STANDARD – A fee of $75 includes one unskirted 6’ table with two chairs. Also, included is admission to the conference, continental breakfast and one lunch. We do request a donation of a raffle item to entice attendees into the shopping area throughout the day.
DELUXE – A fee of $135 includes three unskirted 6’ tables with three chairs. Also, included is admission to the conference, continental breakfast and two lunches. We do request a donation of a raffle item to entice attendees into the shopping area throughout the day.
